Announcement: The Rushton Residences is Completely SOLD OUT

We are pleased to announce, The Rushton Residences is now completely sold out.

The Rushton Residences

Located at 743 St. Clair Ave West in Toronto, The Rushton Residences brought boutique-style living to the wonderful St. Clair West area.

We also are pleased to announce that all of our developments around the Bathurst and St. Clair West area are completely sold out, with 530 Condos selling out completely just three months ago and 500 St. Clair Ave West selling previous to that.

The Rushton’s boutique-style building showcased a different style of building that was a perfect match for the area.

We built The Rushton Residences with our partners at The Goldman Group. With 35 beautiful suites, now fully sold out, the project has made homes for a great mix of young professionals and families.

It’s been a wonderful project and we are proud to bring another great development to the thriving Bathurst & St. Clair neighbourhood.
